Farenheit 9/11

After all the hype about this documentary, I just had to go and see it. So on friday, I did just that. So, do I think that it was spot on, and Bush is just an incompetent moron who must not be allowed to win the next election? Not quite.

Michael Moore is anti-Bush, and has been for some time. The coverage of the 2000 elections made some things clear to me though, I now understand why Black people in America don't like Bush. 16,000 black votes in Florida were discarded in order to make way for Bush to become president. In what may yet be the biggest controvesy in US election history, Bush was sworn in because not one single senator was ready to contest the election result. One after another, black leaders registered their protest and were turned down because they couldn't find one senator to sign..........Bad boy bush, bad boy..

What I didn't like about the movie was that it was not objective enough. When describing the 'coalition of the willing' which the US put together before the Iraq war, he did his best to belittle the group of nations mentioning countries like Costa Rica and faling to mention that Italy, Japan and even the UK were involved. Now, once you tell a hal truth, I tend not to believe the rest of what you're saying......
